Imam (Dr.) Sharafudeen AbdulSalam Aliagan, is the Founder of ASHRAAF Islamic Foundation (AIF), he is presently doubles as the Zonal Missioner and Chief Imam of NASFAT Mosque, Utako, Abuja. Imam Aliagan is also an Administrative Officer with Ministry of Defence Abuja. He recently bagged a Professional Doctorate from the Institute of Commerce Research and Enterprises Development (ICRED).

He holds Bachelor Degree of Arts (B.A) in Arabic and Masters Degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy (MIAD) both from the Prestigious, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. As a student who majored in Arabic, he was priviledged to attend Inter-University Centre for Arabic Studies, Nigeria Arabic Language Village, Gamboru, Ngala in Niger Republic. Aliagan served as a Member of Presidential Committee on Disposal of Special Detainees across Nigerian Prisons, he is also a Member, National Mission Board of NASFAT, Nigeria. Aliagan started-out his career as an Arabic Teacher at Mammena Memorial School and also at Shamsudeen Arabic and Islamic School both in Kaduna before he founded Darul Salam Islamic School, Kaduna. In his administrative development, Aliagan joined the service of Alim and Associates as an Administrative Manager; he also worked with International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO) in Kaduna also as an Administrative Officer. Aliagan later joined the service of the most popular Islamic organization in Nigeria, Nasirulahi Li Fatih Society of Nigeria (NASFAT) Kaduna State branch as the Deputy Chief Missioner before he was transfer to Zonal Office of the organization and made the Zonal Missioner and Chief Imam of the Abuja Mosque in Utako. In his quest for capacity building, Aliagan has attended series of trainings and retraining such as Conferences, workshops and seminars at National and International levels that have prepared him for the 21st Century Evangelism (Dawah) as well as making him what he is today. They are as follow:
  • Annual Conference of NASFAT Missioners that took place in Akure in Ondo State in 2019
  • 'The Fifth Islamic Astronomy Workshop', Amman Jordan. (2011).
  • 'National Conference on Anti-Corruption and Financial Crime Eradication in Nigeria'. (2007).

Aliagan has equally delivered series of papers at national and International levels among which are: The Efficacy of Supplication: A Lecture organized by NASFAT, Manchester, London, 2018.

Aliagan specializes in the areas of Arabic and Islamic Jurisprudence, Faith-based Activities, International Relations, Human Resources and Financial Management. He is happily married with children.
